As an enthusiastic leader at SAP for over 16 years, Maryann Abbajay continues to provide support and motivate others achieve their goals and exceed expectations! She is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at SAP SuccessFactors. As the Chief Revenue Officer, Maryann is responsible for building a sustainable revenue model to ensure continued, robust sales growth and execution globally for SuccessFactors.  

Maryann is very passionate about Employee Experience and its criticality to a successful company. For her, it is important to make sure employees have the same amount of confidence in their leaders as leaders should have in their employee. Leadership trust brings upon a lot of motivated individuals as well as an unstoppable team.  

Prior to becoming the CRO of SAP SuccessFactors, Maryann served as the Global Managing Director of the Qualtrics SWAT Team. She also was the Vice President of Strategic Customer Programs and a UKI Board Member. During that time, her primary focus has been on SAP’s most strategic customers both in the West and in the UK in various sales and sales management roles.   

Maryann’s management skills go far beyond SAP. Prior to joining SAP, Maryann held Sales Management positions with webMethods, Cisco Systems, and Oracle.  

Maryann is a graduate of University of Georgia. Her hobbies include hiking, cooking, and gardening. She also loves travelling with her family which includes her husband, Dave, 4 children, 2 grandchildren and Hobbes, their mini Australian Shepherd!
