Sahana is the Global VP of GTM Strategy and Operations at Databricks. Sahana came to Databricks from Google Cloud, where she served as Global Managing Director of Customer Value and Transformation. In this role, she led a global team working with C-level executives at key accounts, including their AI portfolio, data and analytics, and security solutions. Prior to this role, Sahana led Business Strategy and Operations for Google Cloud Americas, a $10B+ business with thousands of sellers supporting the entire Google Cloud product portfolio.

Before joining Google, Sahana was a partner in the Technology, Media, and Telecom practice at McKinsey, where she was based in New York and Mumbai. Sahana earned undergraduate and master’s degrees in Computer Science with a concentration in AI from MIT as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.
