ROLE
Sharon, a Principal in ZS’ San Francisco office, is one of the founding leaders of ZS’ Oncology Vertical, a team dedicated to addressing development, marketing, sales, analytics and operations challenges for oncology drug and diagnostic manufacturers. Over the course of 25 years in the biopharma industry, Sharon has worked with many ZS clients across a variety of Clinical, Medical and Commercial functions.

EXPERTISE
Sharon works on a variety of development and commercialization strategy issues with leading biopharmaceutical manufacturers.  Her experience since joining ZS in 2004 includes quantitative and qualitative market research, brand strategy, competitive readiness, trial design, clinical development planning, site and patient engagement, and new product launch. Sharon’s therapeutic area expertise spans many specialty markets, with significant depth in oncology – both solid tumors and hematological malignancies.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Sharon previously worked as a Vice President of Public and Investor Relations at Ogilvy Healthcare Worldwide, and served in
a product marketing role at Boston Scientific in the company’s Neurovascular division.

EDUCATION
Sharon holds an MBA and Certificate in Health Management from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and a BA in Genetics and Cell Biology from Dartmouth College.
